My sister and I stayed up late one night in 1995 chatting through the evening as only sisters can... Kelly had a recipe for a great double chocolate cream cheese brownie that everyone loved so we thought it would be fun to market it. By morning we made a commitment to be in business, fully operating, within two weeks. Two weeks to the day we made our first sale - a whole $9! We were so ecstatic we thought for sure we had arrived. From that day forward, our business and product lines evolved through customer demand, and we pride ourselves in being able to offer a variety of fun and delicious cookies that use quality ingredients including organic flour.

Bite Me has also always believed in the importance of giving back, and although we have not been able to donate all that we wished to every noble cause, we do give partial profits from every single cookie sold to charities that help make the world a better place. From this desire we've started Operation S.S.O.L., Sewing Seeds of Love one flower at a time. As individuals, we may not know how to prevent war, famine or floods. However, every moment of peace and joy counts and when our cookies put a smile on someone's face, we've made our greatest accomplishment.
